Pets Fashion Show at Park Mall - October 23

The following is the complete mechanics for the contest:

Contest Mechanics:

1. The competition is open to all pet owners.

2. Participant should submit the following:
a. Accomplished registration form
b. Registration fee of Php150.00 per entry
c. Pet owner’s scanned copy or photocopy of any valid ID
d. Scanned copy or photocopy of pet’s Vet Card
e. 5x7 inches Photo of owner with pet.

Requirements may be submitted at Parkmall Customer Service everyday from 10:00am-9:00pm.
Deadline of submission of requirements is on October 13, 2010.

3. Each participating pet owner may only register one pet for the competition.

4. The owner and the pet must wear attires of the same theme during the competition.

5. The competition will be held at the North 2 Lobby of Parkmall on October 23, 2010. Competition proper will start at 4:00pm.

Criteria for Judging:
Originality of Costume 40%
Handlers (similarity of outfit) 25%
Pet’s Fun Personality 25%
Audience Impact 10%
